Every kilogram passes through the same documented sequence: harvest, dry, mill, dispatch. Nothing leaves until the COA is signed.
Harvest
Hand-picked at dawn from organic-certified clusters. Same-day delivery to receiving in food-grade crates.
Dry
Shade-dried under 40 °C in HEPA-filtered tunnels to lock in chlorophyll and vitamin C.
Mill & sort
Stainless-steel hammer milling, sieved to 80–120 mesh. Stems and stems-fragments removed in two passes.
Test & dispatch
NABL lot testing, N₂-flushed packaging, COA signed and shipped with the container.

Every Brindari shipment ships against a written specification and a NABL-signed COA. If a lot fails that agreed spec on documented inspection within 14 days of arrival, we replace it or credit the shipment. We've built our reputation on the belief that good supply is boring — predictable, on time, and exactly as promised.
