Indicative timelines for a typical 1×20' or 1×40' container leaving our origin port. We confirm exact dates per lane on quote.

Day 0 — PO confirmed

50% advance received. Lot reserved or fresh harvest scheduled. Spec sheet locked.

Day 1–7 — Process & lab

Mill to spec, in-house pre-check, NABL lab full panel. Photos and pre-shipment samples couriered if requested.

Day 8–10 — Pack & stuff

Pack to your packaging spec, stuff into food-grade liners, load container under our quality lead's supervision.

Day 11–14 — Customs & sailing

Export clearance, fumigation if required, container moves to port and loads onto the next sailing.

Week 4–8 — On the water

EU 4–5 weeks · US East 5–6 · US West 6–7 · Middle East 2–3 · SE Asia 1–2. We share the BL and sailing tracker.

Arrival — Ready for clearance

Originals couriered or telex released per your preference. Phyto, COO, COA, packing list, BL — all in your inbox.

What lands in your inbox.

Every container ships with a complete documentation pack. We send PDFs the moment the BL is issued, and originals follow by courier.

Commercial invoice

Buyer details, HS codes, unit and total values. Stamp-and-sign original couriered.

Packing list

Carton/sack count, gross/net weight, dimensions, lot numbers. Per-pallet breakdown if palletised.

Bill of lading

Sea waybill or original BL — telex release available. Booked with your preferred shipping line where possible.

Certificate of origin

India-issued COO. APEDA-issued or chamber-of-commerce, depending on destination requirements.

Phytosanitary certificate

Government plant-health certificate. Issued before container loads. Required for almost every market.

COA + lot file

Signed certificate of analysis, plus the full lot file: photos, weights, in-house and external lab reports.
